Wolds Wellbeing is owned by Andrea Seaman, registered to trade in England at, The Wellness Barn, Cross keys Court, Market Weighton, York, YO43 3AJ. 

These T&C’s include general use of thesite and conditions relating to the services provided by Wolds Wellbeing online and on site. 

Wolds Wellbeing reserves the right to vary and revoke these Terms and Conditions from time to time. This action may seem necessary to regulate the running of the business and your right as a user of the site.  

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. Your use of the site and services purchased are subject to the Terms and Conditions, upon reading the document you hereby agree to our terms and conditions. 

TERMS and CONDITIONS

  1. All block bookings are done so under the terms that in the event you cancel you do not qualify for a refund unless the booking is cancelled 24 hours in advance. In the event you do cancel, Wolds Wellbeing have to right open up that booking for other participants.
  2. If you are unable to keep/attend a scheduled appointment and cancel up to 24 hours prior, a refund will not be given. 
  3. If you frequently cancel appointments, Wolds Wellbeing has thre thre right to refuse further bookings.
  4. Wolds Wellbeing may change or cancel a class / event. In the event this should happen you will be notified as soon as possible via text, social media and the website. Your booking will not be affected and will be carried over to a future class subject to availability.
  5. When attending the venue, you must comply with social interaction, behave in an appropriate manner, be considerate to other participants. Any behaviour deemed unsocial will result in you being removed from the venue / event and refused further participation.
  6. New participants to Wolds Wellbeing are required to complete a Health Par-Q form and Data Protection Act 2018 consent form. You confirm you give permission for Wolds Wellbeing to store your details.
    Under the above act, Wolds Wellbeing is legally obliged to update you as a customer to inform you how your details are processed and stored.
  7. Suitable clothing and footwear should be worn in all appropriate areas.
  8. Cigarettes, alcohol , illegal drugs and glass containers are not permitted on the premissies.
  9. Any breakages of equipment must be reported immediately.
  10. Wolds Wellbeing can not be held responsible for loss of damage of customers personal belongings
  11. Customers must inform Wolds Wellbeing of any change in circumstances and/or information provided.
