My name is Andrea Seaman and I live in a wonderful area on the Yorkshire Wolds (hence Wolds Wellbeing). I come from a fitness background having had over 25 years in the industry. Within my time working as a fitness professional I have gained many qualifications to aid my personal and professional development (see list below) and I have worked as a Holistic Practitioner, having run a successful Corporate Massage Company relieving stress within the workplace.
I am passionate about Health and Wellbeing and I firmly believe we must work from the inside out to truly achieve optimum health on a psychological, emotional and physical level. Within my business I work closely with clients from all walks of life, gender, ethnicity and age. My knowledge and experience allows me to create a class structure, personal programs and treatment sessions to each individual’s needs and requirements.

I was introduced to Andrea when a friend gifted me some Movement Mix sessions.
Despite having no experience of Pilates and Yoga moves, Andrea introduced me to forms of exercise that I had (as a former hockey player and wannabe runner) never experienced, but now absolutely love. Andrea is an amazing teacher who is full of energy and fun, but never lets us forget about core and posture. After decades of exercising, I have found that Andrea’s classes, be they Pilates, Movement Mix or Suspension Fitness are the best things that I have ever done and I would thoroughly recommend to people at all levels.
I have experienced various professional exercise classes given by Andrea over the last six years. Andrea has always delivered a comprehensive, varied and 'one-to-one' feel throughout all her classes, never failing to deliver her 100 percent self to the work programme.
After spending years doing cardio and dance classes, I never thought I would be someone who would enjoy yoga until I tried Andrea’s classes. She has transformed my mind and body and her classes are now my favourite of the week. Her knowledge and understanding of health and fitness is second to none. I would highly recommend trying all of her classes, you will not be disappointed.
